Joelson Wilson advises Clarion Events in connection with its acquisition of DSEi

Joelson Wilson advises long standing client Clarion Events on its acquisition of defence exhibitions DSEI (Defence Security and Equipment International) (UK), ITEC (International Training & Equipment Conference) (Europe), LAAD (Latin American Aerospace and Defence) (Brazil) from the Reed Elsevier Group for an undisclosed sum. Sheldon Cordell head of corporate commented "we are delighted to have assisted Clarion in connection with this acquisition which involved co-ordinating a multi-jurisdictional team under tight time constraints. This is an excellent acquisition for Clarion entering into a new sector as part of its international expansion plans.
