Aldgate Capital’s £25m acquisition of adult gaming centre operator

Joelson Wilson & Co recently advised Aldgate Capital plc (now known as Praesepe plc) on the licensing and property aspects of its acquisition of the shares in HJM Caterers Limited and E&J Hall Investments Limited, long-established operators of adult gaming centres. The firm’s Licensing and Regulatory team, led by Anna Mathias, and the Property team, led by Keith Miller, advised in relation to the combined companies’ 31 adult gaming centre units, principally in the West Midlands, Essex and South Wales.
