February 2009 – Addison Lee acquires the Premier Group

Joelson Wilson advises Addison Lee on its acquisition of the Premier Group including its courier business Purple couriers. Joelson Wilson advised on the structuring of the transaction and the negotiations with the administrators of the Premier Group in connection with the acquisition.
